Delivery was fast, but unfortunately the box for the bag seemed to be rather too small - so the bag got pressed together.
Also the bag has a very intense parfume smell which was not indicated.
Even though it is a used item, it should have been mentioned.

I got as a present for Christmas a bag which unfortunately I didn't like. Even if I may appreciate the kind of services they provide, I would have hoped for a bit of more flexibility given the special period of Christmas and the fact that presents might be given a bit after the terms for returning the product. I sent a couple of emails (the first of which dated December 28th hence 3 days after Christmas - I mean immediately after I received the product which has been bought a couple of weeks earlier) asking for which kind of alternatives I could have and I never got back an answer. I also tried to sell the product again on the site and same as above, they never replied. It's odd as in the package containing the bag they explicitly asked to leave a review. In a conclusion, very bad experience.
