At Her-Age, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason your order does not meet expectations, we offer a hassle-free return guarantee, handled with the same care and attention dedicated to every step of your shopping experience.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return for any item purchased on her-age.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees for both EU and non-EU orders.
- Non-EU returns: For orders shipped outside the European Union, any duties, taxes, or customs fees paid by Her-Age S.r.l. on your behalf will be deducted from your refund.
- Refund process: Refunds are issued once the item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet our authenticity and quality standards.

Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We kindly recommend using a secure and trackable courier service, such as DHL Express, to ensure that your luxury vintage or pre-loved item reaches us safely and in perfect condition.
Our Customer Care Team is always available to guide you step by step, providing all the necessary return documentation and support to make your experience smooth, transparent, and worry-free.

How do I return an item?
Returning an order to Her-Age is designed to be simple and secure.
- Request your return – Please contact our Customer Care Team at customerservice@her-age.com, specifying the reason for each item you wish to return. You will promptly receive confirmation and a case reference for your return.
- Approval & instructions – Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and full guidance for shipping your item back.
- Prepare your item – Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the Her-Age security tag still attached. Please ship from the same country where the order was originally delivered.
- Tracking details – Kindly share the carrier’s name and the return tracking number with our team at customerservice@her-age.com.
Please note: Returns must always be initiated through Her-Age Customer Care. Chargeback requests submitted before completing our return process may not be accepted.
For any questions regarding shipping fees or duties, we recommend contacting your chosen carrier directly.
Under what circumstances is my purchase not eligible for refund?
Once we receive your return, each item is carefully examined by our team to confirm its eligibility. To qualify for a refund, returned pieces must meet the following conditions:
- Original condition – Items must be returned exactly as received, unused and unworn, with the Her-Age security tag and all original labels still attached.
- Original packaging – Items must be shipped back in their original packaging, when applicable.
- No signs of wear – Returns showing marks, stains, damage, or any use not present at the time of purchase cannot be accepted. Please take care when trying on garments.
- Hygiene exclusions – For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned.
- Quality check – Returns that do not pass our quality inspection will not be eligible for refund. In such cases, the item can be sent back to you at your own expense.
Which categories are not eligible for return?
For hygiene reasons, swimwear is not eligible for return. All other categories follow our standard return policy.
When and how the refund will be processed?
Refunds are usually processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item at our facility.
Once your return has been inspected and confirmed as eligible, you will receive an email notification and the refund will be issued via the original payment method used for your purchase.
The exact timing for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Should you experience any delays, we recommend contacting them directly.
Will I receive a full refund for my order?
At Her-Age, we handle every return with care and transparency to ensure a smooth and trustworthy experience.
Refunds are issued for the full value of your returned item(s), excluding shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes that may have been paid on your behalf.
Please note that, in accordance with the policies of PayPal, major credit card providers, and alternative payment platforms (such as Klarna, Scalapay, and Satispay), transaction fees retained by the payment processor are non-refundable.
These processing fees — typically around 3–5% — will therefore be deducted from your total refund amount.
