Returns and Refunds


Our priority is to offer you the very best shopping experience. That’s why we guarantee the return of any orders that don’t meet your expectations. 

You can request to return an item purchased on no later than 14 days after the date you successfully receive the order.

The customers are in charge of any return costs for orders made from both EU (European Union Countries) and Non-EU (Countries outside of European Union).

Returns for orders placed in EU (European Union Countries) will not incur any additional penalization charges.

In the event that you would like to return an order from outside EU, the costs of shipping, duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund, if any charges paid by Her-Age S.R.L.

Any shipping costs incurred to receive the order at Her-Age headquarters will not be refunded.

Once we receive a return & refund, our team will examine returned items thoroughly, verifying their eligibility for return.

Every returned item must conform to our standards:

- The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in, with the tags still attached. Items returned without the disposable seal will not be accepted.

- Items must be returned in the original boxes, if applicable.

- We will not accept any return that has been worn, is dirty, or has other signs of wear not present at the time of purchase. Therefore, take due care when you try on one of our items, making sure – in the case of swimwear, for example – to wear undergarments.

Returns that do not pass our quality checks will not be accepted. The package can be sent back to you at your expenses and the order will not be refunded.



Returning a Her-Age order is quick and easy.

If you placed your order please contact us for the return request indicating the reason for each case. Once you provide us all information, an email will notify you that the request has been received.

Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed and received the order.

Once the return & refund request is approved, we'll send you the return address. 

Please kindly inform us about the name of the carrier and provide us the tracking number for the shipment. Regarding all shipping fees and duty related questions, you can directly contact the carrier company at your choice.


Refunds on are normally processed within 3 business days of reception at our premises. When the return is accepted and the refund process begins, you will be notified by email and your account will be updated.

The time it takes to see and receive the refund depends on the payment method chosen when purchasing:

Credit Card: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to be transferred to your account depends on your credit card network.

PayPal: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 2/3 business days hours.  

Bank Transfer: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 10 business days.

Site Credit:  Once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 3 business days.
