How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been processed by our team and handed over to our carrier, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
ITALY
STANDARD delivery within 1 – 5 business days
EUROPEAN UNION
STANDARD delivery within 4 – 10 business days
NON-EU COUNTRIES
STANDARD delivery within 5 – 14 business days
Delivery times are provided as a general guide only. Her-Age is not responsible for delays caused by specific conditions or customs clearance, if applicable. We will make every effort to minimize potential delays in delivering your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country of your order.
Please note that we have free shipping options for these following countries:
- Italy : Shipping is always free.
- European Union countries, the U.K., Turkey, Canada, and the U.S.A. : Shipping is free for orders over €600.
All shipping rates are as follows:
- All EU countries : 25€
- Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Fær Øer Island, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Serbia : 25€
- Canada, Turkey, the U.S.A. : 39€
- Georgia, Ukraine: 45€
- Other countries: 69€
Once you enter your address at checkout, the total amount, including any applicable shipping fees for the destination country, will be calculated automatically.
What does "READY TO SHIP" mean?
"READY TO SHIP" indicates that the item you are ordering is already located in our central warehouse.
This streamlined logistics process ensures there are no delays, as procurement has already been completed and authenticity and quality control checks have been performed.
Your order will be processed for shipping within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its status.
Please note that "READY TO SHIP" is not the same as DHL's 'Express Shipping' option, which is a separate service provided by the carrier independently of us.
What does STANDARD SHIPPING mean?
"STANDARD SHIPPING" indicates that the item you are ordering is located in one of our international locations.
Your order will be processed for shipping within 3 to 10 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that all prices displayed at checkout do not include custom duties and import taxes.
Will I be charged with custom duties and import taxes?
All prices shown in the checkout do not include custom duties and import taxes. Orders delivered to the EU countries will not be charged any additional fees. Customers who order from countries outside of the EU are required to pay custom duties and import taxes to be able to receive and collect their purchases.
What time can I expect my delivery?
Your purchases from her-age.com are delivered by our partner DHL to all countries worldwide.
Deliveries are done from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on national and local holidays.
