Shipping Rates
– Complimentary DHL Express Worldwide on all orders over €1,200
– Worldwide Luxury Express Upgrade (€15) for orders between €600 and €1,199 — a privileged flat rate ensuring fast, insured delivery with the same premium care.
– Italy: €15
– France / Belgium / Netherlands: €25
– USA & UK: €39
– All other destinations: calculated automatically at checkout

Customs Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery.
For shipments to the United States, recent federal import measures may result in additional customs duties, regardless of order value.

How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been carefully curated, inspected, and prepared by our team, it is entrusted to DHL Express for secure, insured, and fully trackable delivery.

What does 'Ready to Ship' mean?
“Ready to Ship” indicates that the item is already available in our central warehouse. This means:
- No sourcing delays — procurement has been completed in advance.
- Verified authenticity & quality — all checks have already been carried out by our team.
- Prompt dispatch — your order will be prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days.
Once handed over to DHL, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
Please note: “Ready to Ship” refers to product availability at Her-Age. It does not correspond to DHL’s “Express Shipping” service, which is a separate delivery option managed directly by the carrier.
What does 'Standard Shipping' mean?
“Standard Shipping” indicates that the item is stored in one of our international partner locations.
- Processing time: your order will be prepared and ready to ship within 5–10 business days.
- Tracking included: as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking number to follow your shipment step by step.
Will I be charged with custom duties and import taxes?
Prices displayed at checkout do not include customs duties or import taxes.
EU Deliveries
No additional fees apply — the price you see at checkout is final.
Non-EU Deliveries (including the USA)
For all orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes required by local authorities.
These fees are determined by each country’s customs agency and may vary based on the item’s value and category.
Important update for U.S. customers
As of August 29, 2025, all shipments to the United States are subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of order value, following new federal regulations that removed the previous duty-free threshold.

What time can I expect my delivery?
All orders placed on her-age.com are delivered worldwide by our trusted partner, DHL Express.
Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding national and local holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, DHL will provide you with a tracking link and delivery options, allowing you to reschedule or customize your delivery time if needed.
Will my order be insured?
Yes — every Her-Age order is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it is safely delivered to you via DHL Express.
For high-value purchases and jewelry orders above €2,500, we provide our Insured Jewelry & Collector Shipping service:
Fully insured DHL Secureline service – included in your shipping fee.
This premium protection covers each curated piece against loss or damage throughout the entire journey, offering complete peace of mind for our global collectors.
