Her-Age offers a selection of secure and flexible payment options, designed to make your checkout experience seamless. We accept major credit cards, trusted digital wallets, and leading alternative payment solutions — ensuring you can complete your purchase with ease and confidence.
What payment methods do you accept?
To make your shopping experience smooth and flexible, Her-Age accepts the following secure payment methods:
- All Credit & Debit Cards
- Digital Wallets – Revolut Pay, PayPal (3 installments), Satispay
- Installment Solutions – Scalapay (3 or 4 installments), Klarna (3 installments)
- Bank Transfer – available in € currency only
Please note that the refunds for returns will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How does bank transfer work?
Choosing Bank Transfer at checkout is simple and secure. Here’s how it works:
- Instructions by email
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with our beneficiary details and payment instructions, including your Order Number to use as the payment reference. - Reservation window (72 hours)
To reserve your item, please email the proof of payment within 72 hours to customerservice@her-age.com.
If we don’t receive it within this timeframe, the order may be cancelled and the item released. - Currency
Bank transfers must be made in EUR (€). If your account is in another currency, ask your bank to process the conversion to EUR. - Fees & full amount received
Any bank charges are the customer’s responsibility. Please instruct your bank so that the full order total is received by Her-Age. - Confirmation & dispatch
As soon as the funds reach our account, we’ll send a payment confirmation email and proceed with shipping your order.
