What payment methods do you accept?
How does bank transfer work?
When you select the bank transfer option at checkout, we will send you an email with our bank details and payment instructions.
To ensure your order is reserved, please send us proof of payment within 72 hours. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order. As wire transfers can take some time to process, we recommend completing your transfer promptly after placing your order and ensuring that your bank account is in Euro (€).
Please attach your payment proof and send it to the following email address: customerservice@her-age.com.
Upon receipt of your payment, we will confirm the transaction via email and proceed with shipping your order.
Please check with your bank for any potential fees, as Her-Age requires the full order amount to be received in order to process your order.
