RETURNS POLICY 

Our priority is to offer you the very best shopping experience. That’s why we guarantee the return of any orders that don’t meet your expectations. 

You can request to return an item purchased on her-age.com no later than 72 hours after the date you receive the order.

Returns for orders placed in EEC are free of charge.

In the event that you would like to return an order from outside EEC, the costs of shipping, duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund.

In both cases, any shipping costs incurred to receive the order will not be refunded.

 

Our team will examine returned items thoroughly, verifying their eligibility for return.

Every returned item must conform to our standards:

- The products must be returned in the same condition they were received in, with the tags still attached. Items returned without the disposable-seal and the barcode tag will not be accepted.

- Items must be returned in the original boxes, if applicable.

- We will not accept any return that has been worn, is dirty, or has other signs of wear not present at the time of purchase. Therefore, take due care when you try on one of our items, making sure – in the case of swimwear, for example – to wear undergarments.

Returns that do not pass our quality checks will not be accepted. The package will be sent back to you at your expenses and the item will not be refunded.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

Returning a Her-Age order is quick and easy.

If you placed your order please contact us customerservice@her-age.com for the return request indicating the reason for each case. Once you provide us all information, an email will notify you that the request has been received.

Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed and received the order.

You can track your return by using the tracking number you were given in the confirmation email.

REFUNDS

Refunds on her-age.com are normally processed within 3 working days of reception at our premises. When the return is accepted and the refund process begins, you will be notified by email and your account will be updated.

The time it takes to see and receive the refund depends on the payment method chosen when purchasing:

Credit Card: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 7 working days. The time it takes for the refund to be transferred to your account depends on your credit card network.

PayPal: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 24 hours.  

Bank Transfer: once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 10 working days.

Cash on Delivery: you will be asked to indicate a current/checking account so that the refund can be sent by bank transfer. Once the return has been accepted and confirmed, the amount transferred will show on your account within 10 working days.

Site Credit:  once the return has been accepted and confirmed you will receive the refund within 24 hours.
